2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You have the authority to enter into binding agreements
• Any information you provide is accurate and up to date

3. Engagement & Agreements

Certain services may require a separate written agreement, proposal, or contract. In such cases:

• Specific terms (pricing, scope, deliverables) will be outlined separately
• Those agreements will take precedence over these general Terms where applicable

4. Intellectual Property

a. Client Ownership

b. MMG Property

All materials, systems, strategies, frameworks, and proprietary processes developed by Morojele Media Group remain our intellectual property.

c. Licensing Services

If you engage in catalog licensing through MMG:

• You retain long-term ownership of your catalog unless explicitly transferred
• Licensing structures and revenue participation will be defined in a separate agreement

5. Payments & Fees

• Fees for services will be outlined in proposals or contracts
• Payments must be made according to agreed terms
• Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

6. Performance Disclaimer

While Morojele Media Group has a proven track record (including multi-million organic streams and high-level results), we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including:

• Streaming numbers
• Revenue generation
• Audience growth metrics

Results depend on multiple external factors including market conditions, content quality, and platform algorithms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful or fraudulent activities
• Misrepresent ownership of music or content
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Interfere with or disrupt our systems or services

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms (e.g., streaming services, advertising tools, hosting providers). We are not responsible for:

• Platform outages or algorithm changes
• Policy enforcement by third-party services
• Losses resulting from third-party actions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Morojele Media Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question

10. Termination
